They have a pitch of mm.50 – 100 and an open through gap of mm.20 – 70. Thanks to the GR-DBX type aluminum staves, it is possible to create an easy-to-install inspectable ceiling capable of adapting to multiple contexts. Thanks to the pass-through feature, there is full use of the technological systems above and different lighting solutions are possible. The box section is more sound absorbent than any other type of flat ceiling. They can help increase sound absorption if the micro perforated model with black acoustic sound-absorbing TNT back-applied is chosen. This model of aluminum slats is also ideal for false ceilings and covering of exterior facades due to the U section turned up narrow module mm.30 x height 38 that gives the profile maximum rigidity and compactness. This model of metal ceiling and exterior cladding slats is made of Euroclass A1 incombustible prepainted aluminum and is available in different colors and finishes: RAL folder – WOOD LIKE wood effect rough finish – OXIDAL brushed anodized effect – ULTRA MATT super matte metallic anti-glare finish. Inspectable false ceiling made with Baffle slats Type METALSCREEN GR-DBX square edge base mm. 30 x height 63 mm with open through joint mm. 70 – 130 – 170 with mm pitch. 100 – 150 – 200 (chosen by the Works Management) in pre-painted Aluminum Coil Coating Alloy 3105 – h46 – 48 thickness 0.6 mm Fireproof Euroclass A1 color chart RAL – WOOD LIKE wood effect – OXIDAL brushed anodized effect – ULTRA MATT super finish matt (Color and finish chosen by the works management). Sublimation processes, adhesive films, powder paints, photo imprinting are not permitted. Smooth or micro perforated sound-absorbing with diagonal weaving diameter 2mm with acoustic TNT black sound-absorbing non-woven fabric applied on the back. The slats are snapped onto the METALSCREEN 43-STRONG type support carrier with black anti-torsion longitudinal reinforcement on 2 faces in pre-painted steel suitably suspended perpendicular to the direction of the slats at a distance of 700 mm. The slats are installed without a perimeter frame with a minimum detachment from the wall of 20 mm to create a floating suspended effect or resting on a coated plaster perimeter band according to the indications of the Works Management. The slats can be supplied with a removable external closing element Type METALSCREEN CAP-30 in aluminum of the same color and finish as the slat applied with light manual pressure (chosen by the Works Management). The slats are connected to each other with a specific internal element Type METALSCREEN SPLICE- 30 aluminum sub-joint.

Sound proof acoustical micro-perforations for tiles and panels
The noise is a sinusoidal wave that breaks down against the perforated surface of the ceiling and is then muffled by the single-body acoustic membrane that holds it and releases it weakened.

Micro-drilling with a diameter of 3 mm is recommended because it avoids the occlusion of the holes due to loss of sound absorption and unhygienic deposits of dirt and dark circles that no one will clean due to dust granules circulating in the air.
Black sound-absorbing acoustic non-woven fabric uniformly applied with an automated process on the back of each individual slat.

TNT is a new microfibre with a non-vitreous textile structure with very high sound-absorbing properties, it does not disperse harmful fibers in the air, it does not fall apart and decompose over time.
