Baffle panels Type GR-DBX
Recommended ceiling system suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.
Easy installation, total inspectability, maximum versatility of use. Pitch mm.50 – 100 and open through gap mm.20 – 70. The special U section turned up narrow module mm.30 x height 38 gives the profile maximum rigidity and compactness for appropriate use in Outdoor False Ceilings and Outdoor Facade Cladding. The uniqueness of ceiling tiles type GR-DBX gives valuable aesthetic value to each project. Pass-through functionality ensures total use of the technological systems above and multiple lighting solutions with insertion of light fixtures. These slats are made of prepainted Incombustible Euroclass A1 aluminum that is completely washable, does not alter over time, does not yellow, and resists moisture and corrosion from weathering. They are lead-chrome free, 100% recyclable and have 85% recycled content inside. They are available in the following colors and finishes: RAL folder – WOOD LIKE wood effect rough finish – OXIDAL anodized effect brushed finish – ULTRA MATT metallic super matte anti-glare finish. They are 100% made in Italy products.

Inspectable external false ceiling made with Baffle slats Type METALSCREEN GR-DBX square edge base mm. 30 x height 63 mm with open through joint mm. 70 – 130 – 170 with mm pitch. 100 – 150 – 200 (chosen by the Works Management) in pre-painted Aluminum Coil Coating Alloy 3105 – h46 – 48 thickness 0.6 mm Fireproof Euroclass A1 color chart RAL – WOOD LIKE wood effect – OXIDAL brushed anodized effect – ULTRA MATT super finish matt (Color and finish chosen by the works management). Sublimation processes, adhesive films, powder paints, photo imprinting are not permitted. The slats are snapped onto the METALSCREEN 43-STRONG type support carrier with black anti-torsion longitudinal reinforcement on 2 faces in pre-painted steel suitably suspended perpendicular to the direction of the slats at a distance of 700 mm. The slats are installed without a perimeter frame with a minimum detachment from the wall of 20 mm to create a floating suspended effect or resting on a coated plaster perimeter band according to the indications of the Works Management. The slats can be supplied with a removable external closing element Type METALSCREEN CAP-30 in aluminum of the same color and finish as the slat applied with light manual pressure (chosen by the Works Management). The slats are connected to each other with a specific internal element Type METALSCREEN SPLICE- 30 aluminum sub-joint.
