Inside hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical factories, food processing companies, schools and the hotel sector there are often large common areas that require false ceilings designed with particular characteristics. There is a need to have inspectable false ceilings with horizontal compartmentation, which have a flat closure capable of circulating air and which can be easily removed to have immediate access to the technological systems located in the upper shaft.
60×60 cm ceiling panels are the perfect solution capable of combining the requirements of these environments with a modern, clean design. The panels of the BIO SANITAS line have been designed in two systems:
· EXPOSED T24-15 GRID SYSTEM: panels are simply laid onto an exposed metal grid structure TWIN LOCK, T-section mm. 24-15, flush or drop-down.
· CONCEALED CLIP-IN SYSTEM: panels feature a snap-fit closed joint on a double concealed metal structure.
The BIO SANITAS modular false ceiling is made of Euroclass A1 fireproof pre-painted steel and aluminum with the Coil Coating process and their surfaces are non-porous and non-hygroscopic. These products are dirt-proof and do not release micro dust into the air that is harmful to human health and the environment. Metalscreen creates in the BIO SANITAS line all the Aluminum and Steel false ceilings suitable for specific use in public health infrastructures, hospital facilities, surgery departments, neonatal units, intensive care units, medical clinics, analysis laboratories.
Its use is strongly recommended in places of high attendance where frequent sanitizing and specific sanitization treatments are not foreseen: kindergartens, schools, public offices, banks, shopping centers, recreational spaces, canteens, kitchens, restaurants, food supply chain processing, pharmaceutical laboratories .
The coating components Pro-Hygien of BIO SANITAS METALSCREEN FALSE CEILINGS prevent colonies of the most common types of bacteria from poliferating and help to eliminate them. Tests in compliance with the ISO 22196:2007 standard.
Performed in specialist laboratories, showed effective action in reducing colonies of following bacteria by over 99,99% within 24 hours. Staphiloccous Aures, Escheritichia Coli 01257, Legionella Pneuophila, Salmonella Enteritidia, Pseudominas aeruginosa, Enterobacter Aerogenes, Enterococcus Faecalis.
The chemical reagents of the Pro-Hygien biological sanitizing treatment in the particular BIO SANITAS paint protect the surface of the false ceilings, inhibit the proliferation of colonies of common bacteria and contribute to their elimination.

The brand new line of BIO SANITAS products is the maximum sanitizing guarantee with a perfectly smooth, homogeneous surface, NON-porous, NON-hygroscopic, they DO NOT absorb dirt, they DO NOT release harmful volatile micro-dusts into the air which are harmful to health such as mineral fibres, glass wool, wool rock. They are perfectly washable with total resistance to vapors, liquids and all frequent sanitizing interventions.

suitable for use in indoor environments, it is available in Metalscreen false ceilings of all types: panels, slats, gratings, self-supporting slats for corridors made of aluminum and pre-painted steel in Sanitas white colour. Sanitas White similar to RAL 9003 is a very bright shade of Day-Lighting White which, in addition to giving spaciousness to environments, allows immediate identification of suspended volatile particles, cobwebs and sediments, allowing for their prompt removal. The use of White RAL 9010 with a straw-yellow shade is not recommended. Available on request in neutral transparent BIO SANITAS paint for applications on colored aluminium.

Color White RAL 9003-20 Gloss matt has the ability to reproduce the effect of natural light, guarantees visual comfort in all workstation applications with light reflection of up to 87%.

White RAL 9003-20 Gloss matt is called Bianco Sanitas, approved and strongly recommended by the Local Health Units.
