BIOSANITAS
Inside hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical factories, food processing companies, schools and the hotel sector there are often large common areas that require false ceilings designed with particular characteristics. There is a need to have inspectable false ceilings with horizontal compartmentation, which have a flat closure capable of circulating air and which can be easily removed to have immediate access to the technological systems located in the upper shaft.
Tiles module mm.600×600 is the most diffused ceiling panel system used in the classic architectural solutions worldwide.
The panels of the BIO SANITAS line have been designed in two systems:
– VISIBLE T24-15 STRUCTURE: they are positioned simply on a TWIN LOCK visible reticular metal structure, T section 24-15 mm, flush or lowered.
– CLIP-IN STRUCTURE: they feature a snap-closed joint on a double hidden metal structure;
The BIO SANITAS modular false ceiling is made of Euroclass A1 fireproof pre-painted steel and aluminum with the Coil Coating process and their surfaces are non-porous and non-hygroscopic. These products are dirt-proof and do not release micro dust into the air that is harmful to human health and the environment. The ceilings of the BIOSANITAS line are completely washable and sanitisable thanks to their resistance to vapours, liquids and all sanitisation interventions.
For our products we use pre-painted aluminum which makes them particularly suitable for use in sterile environments because it creates healthy surfaces that do not yellow and last over time without deteriorating. In this way, lead-chrome-free false ceiling panels are obtained, capable of resisting humidity and corrosion caused by acids, gases and salt. The BIO SANITAS line of metal false ceilings guarantees maximum sanitation of high-traffic common areas. The products of the BIO SANITAS line are subjected to the Pro-Hygien treatment to make them antimicrobial, and are also available in the color Sanitas White similar to RAL 9003 which gives brightness and allows you to quickly identify cobwebs and sediment for timely removal.

The plus feature of this ceiling system is the simplest installation and not require tools or fasteners. Easy cleaning.
Refitting to substitute an old, dirty and dangerous carcinogenic mineral fibers panels simply replacing a new care ceiling on the same T grid conventional suspension with our metal tiles.
They are perfectly washable with total resistance to vapors, liquids and all frequent sanitizing interventions.

to undergo frequent specific sanitizing treatments: kindergartners, schools, public offices, shopping malls, recreational areas kitchens, restaurants, food processing factory.
The coating components Pro-Hygien of BIO SANITAS METALSCREEN FALSE CEILINGS prevent colonies of the most common types of bacteria from poliferating and help to eliminate them. Tests in compliance with the ISO 22196:2007 standard.
Performed in specialist laboratories, showed effective action in reducing colonies of following bacteria by over 99,99% within 24 hours. Staphiloccous Aures, Escheritichia Coli 01257, Legionella Pneuophila, Salmonella Enteritidia, Pseudominas aeruginosa, Enterobacter Aerogenes, Enterococcus Faecalis.

They are perfectly washable with total resistance to vapors, liquids and all frequent sanitizing interventions.
BIO SANITAS ACTIVE ANTI-MICROBIAL PAINTING
Suitable for use in indoor environments, it is available in Metalscreen false ceilings of all types: panels, slats, gratings, self-supporting slats for corridors made of aluminum and pre-painted steel in Sanitas white colour.
Sanitas White similar to RAL 9003 is a very bright shade of Day-Lighting White which, in addition to giving spaciousness to environments, allows immediate identification of suspended volatile particles, cobwebs and sediments, allowing their prompt removal.
The use of White RAL 9010 with a straw-yellow shade is not recommended.
Available on request in neutral transparent BIO SANITAS paint for applications on colored aluminium.

Color White RAL 9003-20 Gloss matt is called Sanitas White, approved and strongly recommended by the Local Health Units.
