Among its most appreciated technical features are the overlap joint with overlap, the 90-100 mm pitch and the 6-16 mm open gap that make the product easy to use in different contexts. This type of slat is very simple to install, is ideal for creating inspectable false ceilings and gives an unmistakable linearity. The LC slats are ideal for outdoor use in the creation of false ceilings, facade coverings and sunshades. The Metalscreen slatted false ceilings are made of non-combustible Euroclass A1 pre-painted aluminum, are completely washable, do not alter over time, do not yellow and resist corrosion caused by salt and UV rays. Furthermore, they are lead-free and chromium-free, contain 85% recycled material and are completely recyclable. Le finiture laterali saranno con cornice perimetrale Tipo METALSCREEN RA sezione L mm.24×24 con innesto a baionetta e ribattuta di rinforzo mentre per applicazioni all’esterno con cornice perimetrale anti sollevamento Tipo METALSCREEN C30 PUSH DOWN sezione C mm.20x30x20 con bordo ripiegato e linguette premi pannello realizzate in alluminio preverniciato colore come doga. Per aumentare l’assorbimento acustico le doghe vengono fornite micro perforate con tessitura diagonale diametro mm.2- 3 anti occlusione con TNT acustico tessuto non tessuto fonoassorbente nero retro applicato (a scelta della Direzione Lavori).

The noise is a sinusoidal wave that breaks down against the perforated surface of the ceiling and is then muffled by the single-body acoustic membrane that holds it and releases it weakened.

Hole diameter 2mm – 3mm anti-occlusion with diagonal texture.
Micro-drilling with a diameter of 3 mm is recommended because it avoids the occlusion of the holes due to loss of sound absorption and unhygienic deposits of dirt and dark circles that no one will clean due to dust granules circulating in the air.
Black sound-absorbing acoustic non-woven fabric uniformly applied with an automated process on the back of each individual slat.

TNT is a new microfibre with a non-vitreous textile structure with very high sound-absorbing properties, it does not disperse harmful fibers in the air, it does not fall apart and decompose over time.
