Recommended ceiling system suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.
Thanks to the mm.50 – 100 pitch and the mm.20 – 70 open through gap, they are easy to install, can be used to obtain inspectable structures, and have various possibilities of use. The suspended ceiling with GR-type aluminum slats has a special U section turned up in a narrow module mm.30×38 that gives the profile maximum rigidity and compactness, which is why it is ideal for making suspended ceilings and exterior facade coverings. The pass-through feature makes it possible to fully access the technological systems above, and lighting fixtures can also be inserted for greater customization of the project. The Metalscreen slatted ceiling is made of Euroclass A1 incombustible prepainted aluminum which makes it completely washable, does not alter over time, does not yellow and is resistant to moisture and corrosion. Type GR slats are lead-chrome-free, fully recyclable and have 85 percent recycled material inside. They are available in the following colors and finishes: RAL folder – WOOD LIKE wood effect rough finish – OXIDAL brushed anodized effect – ULTRA MATT super matte metallic anti-glare finish.

To increase sound absorption, the slats are micro-perforated, diagonally woven with a diameter of Ø 2 mm, with acoustic TNT, black sound-absorbing non-woven fabric applied on the back (chosen by the Works Management). No perimeter frame is used, the system must be detached from the walls at least 20mm to create a floating suspended effect. The linear panels are connected head to head with concealed TYPE METALSCREEN SPLICE-30 aluminium splice.

Sound proof acoustical micro-perforations for tiles and panels
The noise is a sinusoidal wave that breaks down against the perforated surface of the ceiling and is then muffled by the single-body acoustic membrane that holds it and releases it weakened.

Micro-drilling with a diameter of 3 mm is recommended because it avoids the occlusion of the holes due to loss of sound absorption and unhygienic deposits of dirt and dark circles that no one will clean due to dust granules circulating in the air.
Black sound-absorbing acoustic non-woven fabric uniformly applied with an automated process on the back of each individual slat.

TNT is a new microfibre with a non-vitreous textile structure with very high sound-absorbing properties, it does not disperse harmful fibers in the air, it does not fall apart and decompose over time.
