Linear Panel Type LT-R for claddings
Recommended ceiling system suitable for indoor installations.
Linear Panel round edges width mm.84 – 134 closed with mm.16 joint gap renforced anti-twister flap suspended with main supporting carriers Type 63 Strong- 63/LTZ Strong. Easy access simple for fast inspection of maintenances. Linear panels are made of pre painted aluminium and steel. Colors and finishes available: RAL colors – WOOD LIKE wood effect – OXIDAL anodized effect brushed surface – ULTRA MATT high matt metallic surface.

Made of pre painted aluminium Coil Coating alloy 3105-h44-48 thickness mm.0,6 Incombustible Euroclass A1 color and finishes from RAL colors chart – WOOD LIKE same wood – OXIDAL same brushed anodized – ULTRA MATT high matt surface (pattern, color and finishes follow the choice of the Consultant). NOT allowed sublimation process, pvc coated, powder coated paints, digital photo-imprinting. The panels are suspended with a simple clip-on the main supporting carrier TYPE METALSCREEN 63/Z STRONG U section with longitudinal hard torsion-proof made of hot dipped galvanized steel reinforced thickness mm.0,7 perpendicular suspended at maximum mm.700 (follow choice of the Consultant). The linear panels are connected with simple overlap of the strip panel.

Sound proof acoustical micro-perforations for tiles and panels
The noise is a sinusoidal wave that breaks down against the perforated surface of the ceiling and is then muffled by the single-body acoustic membrane that holds it and releases it weakened.
Sound-absorbing micro-perforations on the entire surface of the slat and with lateral selvedges.
Hole diameter 2mm – 3mm anti-occlusion with diagonal texture.
Micro-drilling with a diameter of 3 mm is recommended because it avoids the occlusion of the holes due to loss of sound absorption and unhygienic deposits of dirt and dark circles that no one will clean due to dust granules circulating in the air.
Black sound-absorbing acoustic non-woven fabric uniformly applied with an automated process on the back of each individual slat.

TNT is a new microfibre with a non-vitreous textile structure with very high sound-absorbing properties, it does not disperse harmful fibers in the air, it does not fall apart and decompose over time.
