Inspectionable Closed Multipanels ceiling system
Recommended ceiling system suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.
With the Multipanel Chiuso system you obtain a false ceiling that can be inspected and is very versatile. These aluminum slats can be mounted alternately or in regular and/or staggered sequence to create unique works. Thanks to the pass-through functionality it is possible to obtain full use of the technological systems above, plus numerous lighting solutions are possible with the insertion of lighting fixtures. With this metal slat false ceiling, greater sound absorption can be achieved if the micro-perforated option with acoustic TNT applied on the back is chosen. They are made of Euroclass A1 fireproof pre-painted aluminium, resistant to humidity, completely washable, they do not yellow and do not alter over time. Furthermore they are lead-chromium free, 100% recyclable and contain 85% recycled material. The Metalscreen false ceiling slats are available in different colors and finishes: RAL chart – WOOD LIKE wood effect rough finish, OXIDAL brushed anodized effect – ULTRA MATT super matt anti-reflection metallic finish. The Metalscreen aluminum slatted false ceiling is 100% made in Italy.

Sublimation processes, films, powder paints, photo-imprinting are not permitted. The slats are snapped onto the support carrier. (Type, step, sequence, colour, finish chosen by the Works Management). For greater sound absorption, the slats are micro-perforated, diagonal weaving with a diameter of 2 mm and back-applied acoustic TNT, black sound-absorbing non-woven fabric. The slats are snapped onto the METALSCREEN 63/Z type support carrier in galvanized steel with increased thickness of 0.7 mm with anti-torsion longitudinal reinforcement rib suspended perpendicular to the direction of the slats at a maximum center distance of 1000 mm. The system is finished laterally with a perimeter frame Type METALSCREEN RA section L mm.24×24 with bayonet connection and reinforcement ribs in pre-painted aluminum color as a slat. The system will be appropriately suspended using rigid galvanized steel rods coated for outdoor use with a diameter of 4 mm and Type METALSCREEN 23/D ULTRAFLEX double ultra-flexible steel spring with anti-corrosion treatment for millimetric adjustment of the suspension.

Sound proof acoustical micro-perforations for tiles and panels
The noise is a sinusoidal wave that breaks down against the perforated surface of the ceiling and is then muffled by the single-body acoustic membrane that holds it and releases it weakened.

Hole diameter 2mm – 3mm anti-occlusion with diagonal texture.
Micro-drilling with a diameter of 3 mm is recommended because it avoids the occlusion of the holes due to loss of sound absorption and unhygienic deposits of dirt and dark circles that no one will clean due to dust granules circulating in the air.

TNT is a new microfibre with a non-vitreous textile structure with very high sound-absorbing properties, it does not disperse harmful fibers in the air, it does not fall apart and decompose over time. It is supplied already applied to the back of the ceiling or slat, eliminating further additional installation, transport and storage costs that usually affect the supply of insulating materials. It always guarantees the presence even after inspection, maintenance and repositioning of every single ceiling or panel in the false ceiling.
