Recommended screen ceiling system suitable for indoor installations
With the use of LH-type aluminum slats, it will be possible to make each work unique and recognizable due to their original value. Among their most appreciated peculiarities are the ease of installation, the possibility of creating inspectable ceilings and versatility of use. This type of metal slats have a pitch of mm. 100 – 150 and open through gap of mm.100 – 150. Thanks to the through feature, it is possible to have the full use of the technological systems above, and different solutions of lighting false ceilings are possible, such as the insertion of linear lighting fixtures or indirect lighting obtained with backlighting. These aluminum false ceilings are made of Euroclass A1 incombustible pre-painted aluminum and are available in different colors and finishes: RAL folder – WOOD LIKE wood effect rough finish – OXIDAL brushed anodized effect – ULTRA MATT super matte metallic anti-glare finish. Our metal ceiling tiles are 100% made in Italy.

Technical Specification Guidelines
Pass-through screening inspectable false ceiling type METALSCREEN LH made with vertical slats h mm.88 pitch 100 mm with open pass-through joint 100 mm. The slats are made of pre-painted aluminum Coil Coating alloy 3105-H46-48 thickness 0.6 mm fireproof Euroclass A1 on one side color chart RAL – WOOD LIKE wood effect rough finish – OXIDAL anodized effect brushed finish – ULTRA MATT super matt painted finish on two sides (Pitch, color and finish chosen by the Works Management). Sublimation processes, film, powder paints, photo imprinting are not permitted. Snap-mounted on the double hook of the Omega section support carrier Type METALSCREEN 44-01-100 in pre-painted galvanized steel standard color Black – White on two faces 0.6 mm thick with longitudinal anti-bending reinforcement suspended perpendicular to the direction of the slats at center distance maximum suggested mm.700. The system will be appropriately suspended with rigid galvanized steel rods Ø 4mm with Type METALSCREEN 23/D ULTRAFLEX metal spring with ultraflexible anti-corrosion treatment, double millimetric adjustment. The lateral finishes will be with compensation bands made of coated plaster as indicated by the Works Management.
