Queste doghe ispezionabili sono molto apprezzate per la loro facilità di installazione e per la grande versatilità di utilizzo. Seguendo lo schema di posa realizzato dal progettista le doghe vengono montate su un unico portante di supporto in alternanza o consequenzialità regolare e/o sfalsata. La funzionalità passante garantisce l’utilizzo degli impianti tecnologici soprastanti e rende possibili diverse combinazioni grazie all’inserimento di corpi illuminanti. Le doghe in alluminio per controsoffitti, se scelte micro perforate e riveste con TNT acustico, possono contribuire a migliorare l’isolamento sonoro di una stanza. Questo tipo di controsoffittatura è realizzata in alluminio preverniciato incombustibile Euroclass A1, è completamente lavabile, non si modifica nel tempo, non ingiallisce e resiste all’umidità e alla corrosione. Inoltre, è senza piombo-cromo, completamente riciclabile e al suo interno presenta un 85% di materiale riciclato. Per permettere una maggiore personalizzazione estetica le doghe per controsoffitti sono disponibili in diversi colori e finiture: cartella RAL – WOOD LIKE effetto legno finitura ruvido – OXIDAL effetto anodizzato spazzolato – ULTRA MATTfinitura metallizzata super opaco anti riflesso. 100% made in Italy.

External cladding with variable module type METALSCREEN MULTIPANEL CLOSED LA – LA-RIV made with slats with squared edge pitch 100 – 150 – 200 – 300 mm closed together to prevent unhooking or inspectable with 10 mm technical shutter in aluminum alloy 3105-h46- 48 pre-painted Coil Coating thickness 0.6 mm Fireproof Euroclass A1 RAL chart color – WOOD LIKE wood effect rough finish – OXIDAL anodized effect brushed finish (Type, step, sequence, color and finish chosen by the Works Management). Sublimation processes, films, powder paints, photo-imprinting are not permitted. The slats are snap-mounted on a METALSCREEN 63/Z-STRONG type load-bearing profile in galvanized steel with increased thickness of 0.7 mm with anti-torsion longitudinal reinforcement rib or on an Omega section support load-bearing type METALSCREEN 44-01 in thick galvanized steel increased 0.7 mm with longitudinal anti-bending reinforcement rib fixed perpendicular to the direction of the slats at a maximum center distance of 700 mm for optimal hold.

Sound proof acoustical micro-perforations for tiles and panels
A perforated ceiling will almost certainly improve the sound quality of a room. Metalscreen ceiling systems can be supplied with a perforated finish to the panel improves acoustic performance and comfort by applying concrete core activation.

Hole diameter 2mm – 3mm anti-occlusion with diagonal texture.
Micro-drilling with a diameter of 3 mm is recommended because it avoids the occlusion of the holes due to loss of sound absorption and unhygienic deposits of dirt and dark circles that no one will clean due to dust granules circulating in the air.
Black sound-absorbing acoustic non-woven fabric uniformly applied with an automated process on the back of each individual panel.
