Aluminium panel ceiling Type LO-DBX
Recommended ceiling system suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.
Linear Panel shaped edges width mm.80 – 130 – 180 with open joint gap mm.20 – 70 suspended with main supporting carriers Type 43 Strong Easy access simple for fast inspection of maintenances. This panels are made of pre painted aluminium and steel. Colors and finishes available: RAL colors – WOOD LIKE wood effect – OXIDAL anodized effect brushed surface – ULTRA MATT high matt metallic surface.

False suspended ceiling TYPE METALSCREEN LO-DBX/80 realized with removable box shaped Baffle panels plainwidth mm.80 height mm.64 pitch mm.100-150-200 with open gap mm.20-70-120. Made of prepainted aluminium Coil Coating alloy 3105-h44-48 thickness mm.0,6 Incombustible Euroclass A1 color and finishes from RALcolors chart, WOOD LIKE same wood ,OXIDAL same brushed anodized, ULTRA MATT high matt surface (color and finishes follow the choice of the Consultant). NOT allowed sublimation process, pvc covers, powder coated paints, digital photo-imprinting. The panels are suspended with a simple clip-on the main supporting carrier TYPE METALSCREEN 43 STRONG with longitudinal hard torsion-proof reinforce made of prepainted steel thickness mm.0,6 color Black coated on both sides perpendicular suspended at maximum mm.1000. To obtain more sound proofing acoustical benefit the panels will be supplied micro perforated diagonal circle holes diameter mm.2 with TNT acoustic nonwoven soundproof black fleece (follow choice of the Consultant). No edge trim perimetrical wall angles are required, the panels system must have an open joint minimum mm.20 all around the perimeter to obtain floating aesthetical view. The panels are connected head-to-head with TYPE METALSCREEN SPLICE-80 concealed aluminium splice. The baffle panels provided with removable closing cap end TYPE METALSCREEN CAP-80 made of aluminium same color and finish of the baffle panel.
