Metalscreen and the environment. METALSCREEN, with full awareness and sense of responsibility towards the environment, has undertaken an integrated path to mantain high quality standards while respecting the environment and its system. All METALSCREEN steel and aluminum products are 100% recyclable and at the end of their life cycle they become non-hazardous waste and are reused completely, recover, recycle or, rarely, selective demolished. METALSCREEN only uses recyclable packaging from its local area. The Environmental Product Certifications METALSCREEN EPD Environmental Products Declaration compliant with all the regulations for all our aluminum and steel systems can be requested directly from our offices. LEED V4.1 LEED mapping for project credits. METALSCREEN provides upon specific request the percentage of recycled content contained in the product in compliance with the REACH/RhOS and VOCs regulations. All METALSCREEN metal products are safe and incombustible, they do not release toxic dust into the air, they do not contain SVHC substances, they do not release micro-fibres harmful to health into the environment including formaldehyde and hazardous waste during demolition and removal.

Our concrete respect for the environment:
Raw materials are 85% recycled.
• 100% recyclable aluminum and steel products.
• Our products DO NOT generate hazardous waste during demolition and removal operations.
• They are healthy, non-combustible, rot-proof products that do not release substances that are hazardous to the environment or harmful to human health.
• Raw materials are sourced within 500 km. We only use raw materials that are pre-painted using the continuous casting coil coating process or pre-galvanized by the supplier.
• NO sublimation, NO powder coating, NO plastic, PVC, or adhesives. NO photoimprinting inks.
• We DO NOT perform any type of painting, degreasing, washing, phosphating, or other surface treatments, digital printing, or external applications.
• All products are VOC-FREE. Upcoming commitments:
• Construction of a new, state-of-the-art, next-generation photovoltaic system for its own use and renewable energy needs.
• Creation of a new office dedicated to research, development, and theoretical and experimental innovation for the continuous improvement and proposal of cutting-edge technical solutions, new packaging systems, and new, alternative, eco-sustainable materials for use in false ceilings and cladding for all uses and application areas: hospitals, pharmaceuticals, outpatient clinics, food processing, mass catering, large-scale retail trade, offices, fuel distribution, etc.
